PRINCE2 Agile™ Practitioner
PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility of Agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®. Created for those organizations and individuals who use PRINCE2, but recognize the benefits of applying Agile methods, it guides the practical application of both PRINCE2 and Agile and reduces conflict so you can take advantage of the best of both.
PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
This 3-day interactive training aims to teach participants how the Agile methods can be applied in the execution and management of PRINCE2 projects. The training consists of an in-depth study of the theory and a number of exercises based on a number of practical cases. The aim is to train the participants in the application of PRINCE2 Agile and:
- Demonstrate understanding of basic concepts of common Agile ways of working.
- Demonstrate understanding of the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2® and the Agile way of working.
- Demonstrate that they can "fix and flex" the six aspects of a project in an Agile context.
- Demonstrate that they can tailor the principles, themes, processes and management products of PRINCE2 for a project in an Agile context.
Target audience
This training is suitable for project managers, project support employees and quality assurance employees. Also for anyone who is even somewhat involved in and takes part in one or more projects.
PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner is intended for professionals who work in a project environment, including employees responsible for integrating project management with product development.
Prerequisites and level
The participant has a completed PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner or a completed PRINCE2 Agile Foundation. Some knowledge of Agile is a plus.

- 50 questions
- 30/50 required to pass = 60% required minimum
- Open-book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile manual only)

- IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)
The validity of the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner certification is 3 years.
