PRINCE2 Agile v2 Foundation

PRINCE2 Agile® v2 offers a contemporary project management approach that combines the governance of PRINCE2 7 with the flexible and iterative nature of agile working. The second version is fully aligned with the principles and processes of PRINCE2 7 and explicitly addresses how organisations run projects today: with multiple teams, changing priorities, and a strong focus on value.

PRINCE2 Agile v2 supports organisations in connecting project control with existing agile ways of working, such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean. This creates a practical balance between control and agility, suitable for both corporate environments and public sector organisations.
