PRINCE2® v7 Practitioner — what does this training involve?
The PRINCE2 Practitioner training is intended for professionals who are regularly involved in projects or have a steering role in them, such as project managers, steering committee members, team managers or managers of facilities departments.
In this training, you will learn how to apply the PRINCE2 method in practice. You will gain insight into the coherence between PRINCE2 principles, practices, and processes, and you will further deepen your understanding of applying the method through practical case studies and exercises.
Based on a real-life case study and assignments, you will work on the effective use of PRINCE2 within your projects. You will also prepare for the official PRINCE2 Practitioner exam with practice exams.
To take the exam, you need to have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam or a similar certification.
After this training, you will be prepared for the official PRINCE2 Practitioner exam, administered by Peoplecert.org.
