PRINCE2 Agile® v2 combines the flexibility of agile working with the clearly structured framework of PRINCE2 7. The method has been developed for organisations and professionals who work with PRINCE2 but simultaneously want to benefit from agile working practices.
PRINCE2 Agile v2 provides direction on the practical application of both approaches and helps reduce tensions between governance and flexibility, so that the best of both worlds can be leveraged.
This 3-day interactive training focuses on applying agile practices within PRINCE2 projects. The emphasis is on deepening the theory and on practicing with realistic practical situations. Participants will work with case studies in which they learn how PRINCE2 Agile v2 is used in practice when executing and managing projects.
The objective: to demonstrate that you can actually apply PRINCE2 Agile v2 in your project environment.

PRINCE2 Agile v2 provides guidance on the practical application of both approaches and helps reduce tensions between governance and agility, allowing the best of both worlds to be exploited.
PRINCE2 Agile® v2 Practitioner training course
This 3-day interactive training course focuses on the apply of agile working methods within PRINCE2 projects. The emphasis is on deepening the theory and practising with realistic practical situations. Participants work with cases in which they learn how PRINCE2 Agile v2 is used in practice when executing and managing projects.
The aim of the training course is for participants to demonstrate that they can actually apply PRINCE2 Agile v2. Among other things, they will learn to:
- demonstrate that they understand the basic concepts of common agile practices
- The purpose and context of combining PRINCE2 and agile fathom
- the seven aspects of a project (time, cost, scope, quality, risk, sustainability and benefits) in an agile context consciously fix and flex
- the principles, practices, processes and management products of PRINCE2 apply appropriately within an agile project environment
