Guidance that gets people moving
Coaching is a form of counselling aimed at changing people in positive ways. It is based on the opportunities created by the interaction between insight and behaviour. The goal? Increase personal effectiveness and professional competence.
A coach does not offer ready-made solutions, but guides you in discovering your own insights and answers. The coach observes, asks questions, and reflects – always without judgment.
Coaching is a collaborative process, where the coachee is central and directs their own development.
“If you treat someone as they are, they will remain as they are. If you treat someone as they could be, they will become what they could be.”Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
From carriage to boardroom
The term coach is originally from French (coche) and refers to a vehicle that is used to transport people from one place to another. Over the centuries, the meaning shifted from physical transport to personal guidance — but the essence remained the same: helping someone from where they are, to where they want to be.
The answers always come from the coachee themselves
Coaching is personal guidance based on an equal one-on-one relationship. The coachee determines the goals in advance, while the coach supports the learning process. The coach helps to clarify obstacles, offers new perspectives, and creates space for growth.
👤 One-to-one coaching
A personal journey where the coachee is central. The coach asks questions, reflects, and helps translate insights into concrete behaviour and results.
👥 Group Coaching
The coach focuses on collective patterns in behaviour and thinking within the group. Effective for teams wanting to grow together and improve their collaboration.
📚 Content Coaching
The coach shares expertise and advice from their own experience. Suitable when substantive knowledge and guidance go hand in hand.
Procedural coaching
The coach focuses on balance and mental support – for example, between work and private life, or during significant organisational changes.
