Agile Scrum
Agile is a way of developing products and services in a flexible, fast way that are perceived as valuable by customers. The Agile approach is popular because it is simple, but mainly because it generates little overhead. Many organizations now work according to the Agile approach and are enthusiastic about it.
This interactive training offers you a glimpse into the world of Agile product development and the Scrum framework. You will be introduced to underlying concepts and principles, along with Scrum roles and responsibilities, events, artifacts and scaling approaches, as well as general practices and techniques.
The strength of this training is that it provides a broad framework to anyone who is interested or already works according to Agile principles.
Working with Scrum is central, but other methods such as KanBan, Lean Start up and Agile project management are also discussed.
At the end of this interactive training you can:
- Recognize how adaptation to an Agile environment works and how Agility brings predictability and flexibility
- Describe the Agile Manifesto
- Explain the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team
- Recognize the role of the traditional Project Manager
- Explain the characteristics of time-boxing, Sprints, the Daily Stand-up, the Sprint Review and the Sprint Retrospective and the characteristics of a good Product and Sprint Backlog
- Recognize good User Stories and Backlog Items

The training is accredited on the basis of EXIN's Agile Scrum Foundation certification.

Virtueel Classroom
Our virtual training courses combine the personalized learning experience of a classroom with the convenience and flexibility of a virtual environment, so participants don't have to be in the same location. The lesson blocks are divided into half-days in consultation and are taught using MS Teams.
